As part of the Pact for Integration, the Department of Social Planning, Social Reporting and Promotion of the City of Stuttgart has been funding a total of five welcome rooms in Stuttgart since spring 2018.
Our welcome room creates meeting places for residents, who are with and without a history of refugees. Together with civic activists from the district, thus create new social networks in the area.
In the sense of empowerment, the welcome rooms also offer everyone the opportunity to actively contribute and thereby strengthen the feeling of self-efficacy.
Here you can find the profiles of the five welcome rooms in Stuttgart.
